Setting VO to shader model 2.0 and exiting and rerunning the game stops the problem from happening?
According to the code, there's no difference between shader model 2.0 and Automatic. They both do the same thing.

Aye, when i set it back to automatic AFTER i set to 2.0 its buggy again.
the code is a lie!
Spidey, are you still using the overlocking util? If so, please try it without.
Also, when you set it to "2.0" instead of "Automatic" does it continue to work between restarts? Ie, exit the game with that setting, re-run, and see if it still displays properly.
And no, I don't care how much "CPU burn in" or pi you calculated.. those are very specific cases and not really comparable to running a game (which uses the GPU as well).
