After not dueling for about a year and a half, I used character Trakus Shar in a duel last night. I won, and the duel rating reflected on my character info increased. However, Trakus isn't showing up on the duel stats page.
Seriously, what the fuck? The duel shows up in Confessor's and Trakus's stats -- Devs, I think your system for hiding inactive duelists may have a flaw when it comes to re-activated duelists.
The duel stats page has had problems in the past with updating. For a period of over a month when I was getting more into duelling it didn't update at all. That behaviour has recurred, albeit on a shorter timescale. I don't know what the mechanisms are behind it, but it would probably benefit from some scrutiny at some point.
Eh, hardly the most important issue but wanted to flag it. Better to be stealthy anyway, I guess.
I have encountered this as well.
Re-opened ticket from feature development. We'll look into it.
And still not right.
Yes, well, I opened the ticket and gave it to the person to work on. I can't beat them with a stick or anything.
you need a stick? j/k
Man, that ticket thing does wonders.
You always get more with a kind word and a stick then with kind words alone....
It's probably not a high priority Lecter... you want cap ships or duel stats (not saying things aren't done in parallel... but high priority items should and do come first)?
Is your ego really that sensitive that you HAVE to be on top of the list? I'd be in the top 10 if that thing would update (assuming the other chars remained somewhat static)... but I'll live without bitching. Learn to do the same.

I'm definitly not in the top of the list anymore--think Trakus is at 1880 or something. I don't play enough to care that much, but this is a very public flaw that's been known forever. I'm not going to feel bad about noting that a bug persists months after it has been pointed out. They'll fix it when they fix it, but it's still a bug in an element of the game displayed for all on the website.
A great thing, a ticket. So efficient.
It's on their to-do list. Just cause you bitch won't make it happen faster (just makes you annoying). Your concerns have been well noted... and apparently this isn't an ego thing, so what, precisely, is your point now?
It'll get fixed when it gets fixed. The ticket isn't going to go away just cause its been there for awhile, so you don't need to keep pestering them. You'd know this if you knew anything about any commercial bug-tracking software.
Apparently it isn't something trivial to fix (or it'd probably have been done by now). Until then, can it.

I know it hasn't "gone away." Strangely, however, even magical commercial bug-tracking software cannot actually make anything happen.
That only occurs when people actually do something in response to the ticket's existance.

Indeed... normally people respond to the higher-priority tickets first. Your constant nagging isn't going to make it a higher priority is what I'm saying.
Edited grammar... damned finals week frying my brain.

So?
Also, it's "your"--have Columbia's admission standards really sunk that low?

I haven't read the boards for a few weeks, or thereabouts, but Lecter is still whining about this?
I bump this every few weeks, yes. Though the more y'all keep posting to complain about it, the longer it will stay up top.
