Yup, still there. Until it is fixed, many players find that if they wait for 2 seconds before hitting the button, they don't get the bug.

too bad i am not one of these "many" players and get it constantly if I'm not chatting.

It seems like this bug (for me at least) is sector dependant. If i home in s2 s12 and suffer losses during a cap buyback works. If i'm out and about and homed else where i have to wait at least 3 seconds, this is not always a success story either...

I never had it before, but now it's real frequent.
