If I had to guess, I'd say that you have a credit card problem. Use the Customer Support link in the sidebar to get help.

What are you trying too do when you get that message. More information would help.

That's all we receive when a credit card is declined. No other information. Nine times out of ten, it means someone mistyped their expiration date or some such. The other one time, it's something more significant (sometimes a bank declining it because they have a paranoid anti-fraud policy, sometimes other reasons). If everything was put in correctly, without typeos, the only solution is for you to call your bank and ask them why. We have no access to that sort of information, it's something private and personal to your account.
