I took an escort mission from Dau L-11 to Sedina L-2. I neglected to repair ship before launching. Returned to station to effect repairs. When I relaunched my jump point was inside the station. The screen said Activate Now but due to the stations presence, I suppose, jump could not be effected. I returned to station and replotted my course. Jump point was still inside station. Quit VO. On returning mission was gone from my active board and from available mission board.

This, probably can't be duplicated. Might not count as a real bug as my behaviour, return to station at start of a mission is not expected, or, I guess, correct.

On restart of game everything but the loss of the mission seemed normal.

I've seen the same bug. Its minor because you can just go out to 3000m and jump. Its good that you reported it thought i don't think i've seen a report on it.

Indeed- I don't think any of us had a clue this was happening. Thanks for the report.

I have since found JestatisBess's solution too, so the problem is minor as JB states. In any other program I would just ignore the problem and figure I need to be better about how i do things (like not neglecting my ship's needs before launch), I have decided VO is worth reporting these things just so others may not encounter them in the future and not think badly of VO.
