I did the new carbonic, ferric and vaz collection missions : these worked fine.

Tried the collect 500 xith mission, the mission log shows objectives completed, but no payout, the mission does not end and the only way out is to abort.

Mission should have completed at about 17 00 GMT , saturday .

I had the same problem with the xith mining mission. It accepts the xith but does not recognize it being mined.

The denic mission worked fine.

Did not do any of the mission but did look at the Info for each and Declined. Now the new mining missions aren't showing up in my Mission list after a restart; I've checked several stations and no joy on the listing.

I too noticed a problem with the new mining missions, in that when I selected the Ferric Ore Mission from Station Divinia J-11, the mission statement said I must collect Carbonic Ore. After collecting both Ferric and Carbonic Ore, the proper credit was given for the Ferric Ore.

I believe the description is in error, not the functionality of the missions themselves.

I've done a Ferric, Carbonic, and a Pentric. Is there no increase in faction standing associated with these missions?

I did the xith one, but the silicate one is the one that errored out on me, like Ecka said happened to him on the Xith mission.

I died during the silicate mission (had to go pee in bot sector, bots found me apparently.) Maybe that was it.

Redid all of them , they work perfectly now .

Might be an idea to replicate that mission format to include all the other ores , it would be a simple way of increasing the available missions.
