According to your posts, the tcs plugin is still being loaded, but I'm looking into your problem.

ExceptionCode: 0xc000008f Float Inexact Result

This exception is turned off by VO but something else on your computer is turning it back on. What other applications or system tray icons are you using and if you stop running anything other than VO does the problem still persist?

Are you overclocking your cpu or video card?

well, i made VO ignore the FLOAT_INEXACT_RESULT fpu exception. I hope that helps.
