I cannot imagine this situation not being a bug. I found both proc and special delivery missions in Geira that went to Metana an Jallik. I found a deliver mission from Deneb to Initros.

Its not a bug. Some Itani and serco have good standings with both nations. And the UIT have default good standings. Just check the mission carefully in the future to see if it brings you to unfriendly space.

Hmm. I find it strange that nations at war would be trading with each other, particularly sending classified weapons information (special deliver mission I mentioned) to its enemy.

But if its not a bug, its not a bug. Just inconsistent :P

Well we don't know what the information is that we are delivering. It could be how to make better food. Or it could be mis-information, we don't know. And the UIT will trade with anyone as long as they make a profit :)

Its been there for 3 years i don't think its a bug.

Metana being unmonitored was a bug, and it was also around for about 3 years. :)
The only way to really find out is if a dev posts here.
