Thought it was just a fluke but it never went away... was noticable during the capital ship fight in B 8 especially.

Essentially when you die and the ship buy back menu appears selecting yes will fail to ever buy back your ship. You must hit cancel and buy back the ship manually.

As i tested it also doenst work to buy previously configured ship from withing station. It buy the ship but doesnt buy modules.

A patch (1.8.44.1) has been released to fix the bug.
