When I made all my subsequent characters on my account, every time I received the initial welcome tutorial which begins by saying:

"Since this is the first character you've made on the account..."

and I am forced to flip through all the controlling text boxes.

possible fixes:
a) do not have tutorial appear on subsequent characters
b) reword the welcome and give option to escape tutorial
