A trio of newbs reported that they were running into "No missions at this time" at all three nation stations.

I had no problem seeing missions but it seems to be a legitimate claim.

Were any of them in groups? What licenses did they have?

If you're in a group and don't have the licenses (or standing as the case may be) to take Border Patrol or Advanced Combat Practice, there won't be any missions available for you.

The Serco that I helped was 0/0/0/0/0 and had good standing. He was not in a group and he was on no other missions.

He also went to one of the Sol capitol stations with the same results.

There should always be some kind of trading missions available to a newb with good standing.

I sometimes see the "no missions at this time" message while the mission list is updated. Usually it is just a few seconds, though I have sporadically seen delays of 30 seconds or so. Perhaps due to the server being busy with other stuff or a net issue .

Perhaps changing the message to " Updating the mission list " would indicate to newer players that it is just a delay.
