Border Skirmish Borked
Today's 2200 BS was totally borked.
3 serco took the mission and before any of could get to B-13 all the caps ships on both sides were eliminated, with casualty counts being adjusted down accordingly.
All the single ships that were left were in ultra dumb mode with ships only firing a single weapon (i.e. vults only fired one neut, etc.)
Sector was extremely laggy.
Finally 4 tridents warped in, however players could not dock with the cap ships and the shields went down almost immediately on all ships.
According to Targetless, every ship in the sector had disliked standing, including cappies, fighters, and players.
I've seen similar behavior one other time in the last few days, at either a 2200 or 0200 BS -- in that one, things were more normal, however the standing was weird and I couldn't dock with any of the serco cap ships.

Saw similar behavior Saturday night at the 2200h skirmish. All of the capships died when I entered B-13, and the mission started with 960 casualties left on either side.
The NPCs that were left were "dumb" but in a different way -- they entirely ignored players, but did use all of the weapons available to them. Several tridents jumped in eventually, but drifted well over 20km away, and were entirely invulnerable and impossible to kill (I spent about 5 minutes just shooting n3 bolts into a Serco Trident with 6% hull and no shields showing in the targetinfo box and it did nothing at all). Couldn't dock with any of the capships.
Took an hour and forty minutes to finish the mission with three people; I shudder to think how long it would have taken if nobody else had shown up to help.
Didn't notice much in the way of lag when I was in there beyond the usual framerate hits from all the stuff in the sector.

I submitted bug 3677, and also started another thread in here same topic basically... no response yet from dev.
I first noticed this right after the update that enforced cargo limits in stations (same night).

It should be fixed as of late wed night.
