how can i make it so my joystick doesnt act all bouncy, but instead SHARP... like the mouse is...

any hints over what i should change?(i dont really know what changes that, dead zone maybe?)

Yes, most likely your deadzone is set too small. If you are in Windows, run the joystick calibration in Windows' Control Panel.
If you are on Mac/Linux, use the in-game joystick calibration menu. You can move the little white arrows to change your deadzone. The little red line shows your raw joystick value and the grey regions are the deadzones, I think.
