If you can't buy it at a station, the "buy" (and "sell") price is listed as zero.

BioCom Miniature Teller-Ulam Mine - Mission reward. Not purchasable in stations.
Corvus Widowmaker - Mission/manufacturing reward. Not purchaseable in stations.
Gauss Cannon MkIII - Incarnate or the item creator tool may have goofed here.
Heavy Gatling Turret - This is a capship/NPC weapon and not purchaseable in stations. Also does not drop.
Improved Mineral Scanner - Mission/manufacturing reward. Not purchaseable in stations.
Law Enforcement Neutron Blaster - Drop from Strike Forces and Station Guards. Not purchaseable in stations.
Light Xithricite Mining Beam - Mission/manufacturing reward. Not purchaseable in stations.
Scanner - Given to the player for use during the Recon/Spy missions.
Seeker Missile Launcher - Aerna Seeker drop. Not purchaseable in stations.
Stasis pod - Drop from the third Recon/Spy mission. Not purchaseable in stations.

I see nothing wrong with these items having a price of 0c in the stations.

I dunno, it seems to me that a station should be happy to buy exotic goods...

esp things like Gauss Cannon MkIII, the wraiths.
