Billing errors...

Hello VO!
I have tried three times to register for a $10 month subscription. All three tries, though, I have been redirected to an error page which implied that the payment was denied, so I can't play. Looking at my bank statement today, though, I see that I've been charged for two (probably three, when the most recent one registers) month subscriptions—$20.20.

Who can I contact, or what can I do, to fix this?

From the billing FAQ:

"If you have addition[al] payment-related questions, you can contact us via billing@guildsoftware.com."
