I never accepted a mentor, but when I finally tried it said I had already been mentored. So I tried giving good reps to the mentor I never had, and it said I wasn't able to rate my mentor at this time.

Am I missing something?

This message is in response to my mentoring someone. Somehow, I am stuck and no one can ask me to mentor someone. Please help with this.
