Triple tab interface confusing
Okay, basic PDA interface puts three visually unrelated hierarchic tabs in an illogical grouping. First and primary in a LtR system your tabs are on the upper Right, (Which is the wrong focal point for an LtR system).
Second hierarchy is Top Right (which is the correct position for a secondary hierarchy in an LtR system)
Third hierarchy is once again Top Right, causing visual inheritance confusion. simple fix would be to move the main tabs to the Left and create a firmer visual grouping appearance from the tabs.

Per question on IRC:
LtR refers to "Left to Right" As opposed to "Right to Left" or "Top to Bottom" when you discern the difference between "western" languages and how we read ( and thus design interfaces to match it)
