I'm used to linux, and when I put my skin path in the config.ini on my vista laptop, VO locks up during the loading screen.. like I did: skin=Skins/Itan_skin/ (this locks it up)

Maybe a little error correction to ignore this?

Correct is: skin=Skins\Itan_skin\ which works.

A path sanity check would work. :)

Hmm, the direction of the slashes shouldn't matter, but I'll check it out.
Actually, the default string uses / already.

I just tried it with an invalid path and VO worked in XP. Almost everything was white. Maybe Vista is acting different.
