Hive Skirmish missions down ?

Yesterday, and today, no more Hive Skirmish missions are being offered in XX stations. It's as if they were down. I haven't seen any Leviathan in Sedina.
Yeah I'm aware the H.S. missions are suspended for a short time when the Leviathan is killed (like 30 mins ? 1 hr?).
But what I'm talking about, is AFAIK nobody killed the Levi in the last 24 hrs, it doesn't appear to have respawned, and no Hive Skirmish missions appear to have been available yesterday afternoon, this morning or now. So it _looks_ borked.
Also there are precious few hive bots to be found in Grey space atm. Usually in Odia you can find lots of queens fairly quickly. I went on a dragnet for queens in Odia, over 40 sectors, and found none.

That's strange... because I can see in the logs people are killing hive bots, and the graphs indicate that the hive is in a fully-expanded state, but the mission count seems low for that.

Update / correction
Yeah, definately yesterday when I went looking in Odia for Queens I couldn't find any so it appeared the Hive hadn't fully expanded to Odia yet.
Today, however, I did find a whole load of Queens in Odia.
But still no Hive Skirmish missions at XX stations, neither at noon, nor this evening as of this writing. It looks like it's just the H.S. missions that are not showing. There may even be a Levi ... (didn't perform a dragnet for it).
