When I enter a station, all my licenses drop to -/-/-/-/-, but when i go out again, they return back to normal.
Problem is that i cant buy ships or other addons, aside from the ones that dont require any licenses. I cant equip addons from my inventory either.
This happened at around GMT 7:00:00 Saturday 28. Or after the new update was released. Other players were experiencing same problem.

We released a patch to fix that a little while after the release.
