Why has my credit card not been automatically charged this month ?

Do i have to go through all the payment scheme again and thus charge me twice ?

Well after trying to log into the game again im gonna pay again and hope that my card wont be charged twice

but of course im gonna have to wait till business opening times
cos iv also had to pay via paybycash for this month

well im still waiting for paybycash to clear ...
i realise this has nothing to do with guildsoftware ,
but just thought i should mention the length of time its taking,
im starting to get withdrawls from VO
and pretty soon i wont remember how to play !!!! :)
anyway .... what is the usual / average length of time it takes to clear for other people just out of curiosity , its been about a week and a half so far for me .
sorry if this sounds like im bitching at you but im truly not just eager to get playing again :)

It should never take more than a couple days. If it's taken two weeks, then something is definitely wrong... Try emailing them.. you should have got an email from them when it first went to them.

maybe they tried to coincide it with the start of a new month...
i dunno .. anyway i will be paying alot sooner next time :)
