Convoy Escort missions *borked*

Taking Convoy escort missions,they are borked. The convoy basically just stalls. Then, after 2 mins, it just dies. Kinda /explodes. There are no bogeys (threats).
I took one from Arta Aquil N3, and one from Itan K11 (capitol). The mission ended with "the convoy didn't make it" green mission text, and the remaining ships leaving the group (and me ejected from the group). This happened to both after their first WH jump.

momerath is restarting the server now, but I don't think the problem is solved yet.
