i already reported having disconnections in vo occassionally http://www.vendetta-online.com/x/msgboard/2/16982 while other appz manage to stay connected torrent, irc, skype ...

the unfortunate side effect of these discos is that i can't finish a border patrol on my own. i didn't manage to complete even one without a disconnect and when a disconnect occurs and i login again, i no longer have th border patrol mission and my kills are gone.

this does not happen with other missions. only border patrol and sure escorts are affected because you leave your convoy...

WHY THE HELL do you leave a group when login out?

anyway to do border patrol i always need someone else who keeps the group up, untill i login again. THIS SUX!

i am not complaining about finding myself back at the station because the npc's killed my toon while i had no control over it.
but it is fucking annoying!

it can exactly tell you what is clientside and what is serverside by these connection experiences. that is intresting but does not please my wish for completing one just one of these missions.
honestly if the client does not get a reply from the server why wait minutes untill the client finds out i normally hav a ping around 100 after 200 ms the client could send it's request again after another 200 tell me that i lost con and not let me figure out ah ok nav is also part of the client ... for ages.

Yes, I think I mentioned it recently in Suggestions: leaving group on disconnect sucks. Well, lots of things in VO grouping sucks, there is a thread in Suggestions about that
