Here's what happens - all goes fine until i reach the docking screen (login - char choosing all fine). then all text disappears, and not come back at all... also when leaving station text miss' - else things are running fine there...

I'm seeing the exact same thing. I'm running a Radeon Mobility M6 LY on Slackware/ kernel 2.4.20 / XFree86 4.2.1

Update!!! I got my text back by setting my texture resolution to medium.

Thnks - we just got it working too, but he didn't remember what he did, to fix it =)
