I typed a % sign and now none of my chat will go through or come in. I tried toggling the color button, but that doesn't affect it.

Parser system bug: If anyone types a % sign, everyone must log back in in order to use the chat system.

EDIT: I also get convoy notices that say where convoys are heading lol.





WTF and apparently i can't take screen shots of my PDA now using the OS X shift-4 screen shot hot key.




UPDATE: Chat and text info system has been rendered inoperable due to some noobs continuously logging in and typing %.

Same here, after 1.7.31 and the server reboot 60 mins ago, several times chat just basically was frozen / didn't work.
So I logged out and stopped playing.

Some observations:
* if % is in the middle of the message, nothing nasty happens, you just don't see it
* if you type %%, you see %
* this bug doesn't prevent chat from logging to errors.log
* I did it only once in 100! And I just wanted to report it to Ray...

You know you can type /dump to take a screenshot in your PDA, or ctrl-F9 if you want to take a screenshot of your HUD and it activates expose.

Ok, I did it again :) But raybondo said he fixed it, so I wasn't expecting it to do any harm! And what do you think I saw in the chat right after relogging?

Ok, it's fixed now. You'll need to update to get the patch.
It fixes the % problem and the problem with channel 201/202 CTC messages not having channel numbers.
