2 days ago i logged on, on the char selection screen it said i was in latos N-2 which is where i logged off last time i played. but when the game loaded i was in Eo J-11. Also today i was sitting outside the station in latos n-2 and i was on my way to latos H-2, when i suddenly ended up in the EO j-11 station.
before you say this no i was not homed in Eo. i was homed in sedina D-14.

That's weird. I don't have a record of you being in Eo J-11 for the last week until Saturday. But right before you posted I see it in the logs: you warped to Latos H-2, and it immediately seemed to think you were lost in space without a ship, so it changed your home station to Eo-J11 (!?) and then sent you "home".

So there are two problems here: one is that it was confused about your ship, and the other is it assumed it had to change your home station even though it probably could have sent you there safely.

Well today i had another problem. I was in Deneb k-5 and i was leaving the dock. i was not able to control my ship, it kept at a speed of 20m/s. i was still able to talk and open all of the menus. so far it has happened when ever i leave a dock. It has occured a Deneb k-5 and Geira what ever that station was in the 15 row.
Im not sure if the 2 are related. I usually fix it by logging off and then back on. I am in the station after i do this.

I think they're unrelated, since I've had the undocking problem before but not the "ZOMG, I passed GO and didn't get $200" to Eo.

To add to this i was in Jallik yesterday and was in divinia today. really starting to get annoying.
