I would postulate that this is somehow related to the weird thing VO does every time it starts up of flipping my screen on its side a couple times during the loading process.

This happened after I set the resolution lower in hopes of alleviating some of the lag I was getting in botting.

Note: I think it flips it on its side every time I change resolution or video settings, it's just odd this time in that it didn't flip it immediately back once it finished. Note that I can't reach the options button now.

Looks like a video driver thing. Most drivers have support for rotating the displayed image. I wonder if maybe in the driver options you can disable the feature entirely.
