Ion Storms are borked. Fog does not show up, neither does the blue particles, and radar range is same as for normal sector... In fact, ion storms look exactly like normal sectors now except with an exit point.

I'm on a gentoo64 system and Nvidia Geforce 6500 (you guys should have my system specs already).

"Quietus" runs a 32bit gentoo with nvidia 7600 GT and had this problem (confirmed on test server).

"Bidi Baba" runs OSX with Nvidia 7600 GT and says ion storms are still fine.

I found a storm in Latos. No bots, but it had blue fog and the lil' "ion balls".

Yeah, I'm tracking this one down. No leads so far, though.

I used to sometimes jump into storms like that even before the fog thing. With just the glowy balls missing ...
No idea if this is the same thing.
