I've just sent a bug report, but I figured out my mistake

When having chaos swarms and prox mines grouped on the same trigger, you launch missles and a mine at the same time, the missles light the mine, and the mine hurts you.

heh, reminds me of a very old Alpha exploit...

Take a ship whose large ports were "front" and "rear".

Equip an avalon launcher in your rear large port, and a mine (prox, usually) in the front one. Group them to fire at the same time.

Undock, approach your target(s) and fire. Instant boom!

Haha, suddenly I wish I had gotten my hands on one of those avalons and tried it during that little convoy snafu a few nights back... ultimate kamakaze attack against gankers.
