A few weeks ago, one of my characters (Omega 0) had a duel rating between 1300 and 1500 (I forget what it was exactly). Now, according to the Character Info screen, I haven't dueled at all! I dueled someone today to see if it would go to my duel stats, but it didn't. I talked to one of my guildmates and apperently none of his duels have counted for a little while.
So, I'm assuming things are screwed up for everyone. It's not too important to me, but I'd like a fix :)

I've been pondering over this one for a while. At the time, did it tell you "Your new duel rating is X", but then fail to update it?

It didn't give me a new duel rating. Just "You won the duel."

I've had this happen too. Started over a month ago I think.

Not sure if this has any bearing, but I recently had a duel where I shot my opponent with a flare, the shot destroyed him, and the back-blast of my flare destroyed my ship.

The log came up as:
> ME destroyed OPPONENT.
then,
> ME had issues.
followed by
> OPPONENT won the duel.

My opponent got credit for the win, and my rating went down. Shouldn't this have been a draw?

IIRC you only get draw if you both kill eachother so you'd have to get:
you destroyed him
he destroyed you
