Go into your VO package and look for the "errors.log" file. Copy the text and paste it here in a post.

[I'm locking the General forum thread about this so look to this one for continuation.]

Are you on broadband or dialup? If broadband, what kind of router do you have? If you can get into the game client, try going into:

Options -> Network

And switch "MTU Discovery" from Automatic to Compatability Mode.

This will decrease network performance a little, but we've run into some weird broadband routers and other buggy network equipment that doesn't properly handle the type of path discovery we use.

Most other MMOs probably don't do the network-performance tweaks we use at all, since their gameplay isn't realtime, so previous online games might have worked for you.

Anyway, give that a try and please let us know if it works. Thanks.

ok i installed on new computer changed the network setting like u suggested (before any attempt) and it logged in first time. Now since it didnt fail on this computer i am lead to believe that it was the network settings becuse both have played mutiple demanding games(so not a hardware issue). Anyway thanks for all the help cant wate to get started look out for me in game :P.

Well, please let us know if it stops working when you flip the network setting back to "automatic". Or if your original machine starts working when you flip it to "compatability". For our own testing/feedback purposes. Thanks.
