In Edras G-11, I can't seem to equip a gatling turret.

I get: "You do not have the required license levels..."

I'm 10/9/10/8/5, which *seems* high enough for me. Also, I'm at faction +43 with Tunguska.

Hmmm it wont let me equip neut mk3 in latos N-15 and im Itani (won ctc) , +900 tpg, and my average lvl is 12.

Should be working now.
