When you enter a cap ship turret and access your PDA, the news articles either refuse to load or disappear completely.

i thought news articles were only allowed in the stations.

you can request them while in space now (recent update i guess)

The "Station's Most-Needed Items" items won't work or won't be listed, but that would make sense.

News works differently for the next update. It may resolve this issue.

News articles are screwy...

I was overjoyed to hear that they'd *finally* been fixed to show the proper ingame year, but when I logged in, this is what I saw.

Yeah, I found out about that like 5 seconds after we released the update.
I use windows and for some reason it only shows the last 2 digits of the year so I didn't see that it was off by 1900 years when I was testing it.
Blame strftime().
