If you look at the text screen, there's a different coloration for loading of the weapon onto the ship.

Ie. The first message is written in Blue, the second in white.

Its a new "feture" you can not equip items that u don't have the licences for. And with nuet mk iiis you have to be an itani or serco and have PARTICIPATED and won the following week to use your nuets mk iiis

oh, i was only talking about the coloring of the message, one was blue the second was white. (i do support that message being white, makes it standout and easy to notice)

I didnt mind not being able to use em, im more of the... 'cheapest version of the weapon works for me' person.
