Things that get pre-selected in the jettison menu seem entirely random, and change unpredictably when cargo contents are changed whilst looking at it. Could that please be changed to not pre-select anything, and try to keep as much of the same selection as possible if contents are changed?

The selection problem is fixed for the next update.

didnt in the changelog it said this was changed for 1.6.8, but it is still going on when i was mining.

for example, when mining a rock with 3 ores, one i want and the other two i dont, i position my mouse over the 2nd ore in the list, with the ore i want being the 1st. I click rapidly on the place of the 2nd ore's J button, and sometimes it thinks that i have clicked on the 1st ore's J button when i have not moved the mouse from the spot where the 2nd J button was.

Actually, I noticed the same thing happening to me. I couldn't tell if it was a bug in the client or something screwy with me. Are you using a Mac? I'm curious now if this is cross platform.

yes i have a mac running 10.3.9.1 in windowed mode 800x600

I am using Linux and do not seem to be able to reproduce the bug in the using the latest client version.

I have a Mac with 10.4.7 and in windowed mode. I jettison ores the same way who? me? does and I've not been able to reproduce his problem.

hmm i guess i'll try again to make sure.
