The Phoenix Alliance recently suffered a setback when a bug disbande our guild because we apparently did not have enough council members. I talked to Obsidian and she explained it could be fixed by andy@guildsoftware.com so i emailed and so far nothing. Its been 3 days and me and my fellow guildmates were wondering when this will be fixed.

If you have enough players, you could recreate the guild.
When exactly was the guild disbanded?

friday the guild was disbanded during a guild mining event. We have enough players to recreate the guild its just not everyone lives in the same timezone. It might be difficult to rebuild the guild (its difficult enough to get to people are first to start one) but could be possible.

We were hoping that the devs would pull through and put the guild back to how it was.

Ok, it's been reinstated. You may need to fix the council members, though, because we randomly promoted some users to maintain the 9 council.

A web interface for guild nuts and bolts in this game is almost essential, methinks.

Or perhaps the PDA could be adapted to do guild functions, I suppose...

There is a web interface, believe it or not.

But it doesn't really help when the whole guild is spontaneously deleted without warning.

As I have said in the RP forums. While I have the abilty to alter the ranks of players within a guild I cannot add or remove chracters, nor disband or reform guilds. Those powers are only available at the developer level.
