May or may not be true, but none of the other Serco friendlies in the B.S. group show up green in my scanner.

HACs have remained red (at least for sercos). So does every serco ship for my serco char in deneb. Non-hated UITs playing for itani are still green.

conclusion: the whole thing remains b0rked!!

Edit: UITs radar display IS annoying. Some of them are just scavenging or trading and you can't tell them from the others.
