So apparently i have invisible shots. Did a bunch of PVP in b8 and repetitively heard the same thing: i could hear your shots but not see them. Mecha Touriuas was big on noticing. Havent heard anything bout this problem before so yea. In my duel vs Mecha it was Gauss that seemed to be the problem. I cant recall the problem happening with any other weapon but Gauss.

Any ideas here?

Yes... thats very ironic: blish has a very visible ship, with plenty of invisible shots.

Hm. The standard Gauss Mk I? Mk II? That you buy, or lifted from a bot? And you actually hit people with them?

bought the Gauss MK II i think, and yea i hit a lot.

apparently its not just Gauss, Ayn Eziert said something about my Neuts doing the same thing.

Fox Viper also confirmed my invisible gauss shots... again.

I saw this happening. The shots aren't invisible. They just appear very far out in front of Invisiblish One's ship due to latency or other issues. So in a close fight (within around 150m I'd guess) the shots are appearing behind his target. They'll hear the shots, might get hit once or twice, but they never see them unless the distance between them increases.

Hmm... thats weird. I dont see any problem with them, so i really dont know what to label them as. Lol People said invisible, so i went along with it.

maybe your effects detail got set to low or off in the Graphics Options menu?

No as I understand he can see his shots but others can't. Sounds like a lag thing.

Oh i had the same issue monthes ago.

I as on a very low stats PC and my ping was like 450
I thinkn its a lag issue. nothing much.
U can see your shots, but ppl see them at 150 m of your ship!

thats the thing tho... my ping is normal: anywhere from 80-100.

Did a check... apparently its just on the invisiblish one character.

Jack Sisco was apparently fine. Havent checked SweetTooth, but i'd assume the same.

alright... this is weird... im starting to think its lag not a bug.

my ping appears normal, but its happening to all of my alts. Bunny and who?me? confirmed that Jack and SweetTooth had the same 'bug.'

Anyone seen this before or have some idea on how to possibly stop it?
