I've been holding off on this because I thought maybe I was just missing it somewhere. But it appears that there's no indicator of your ship's current mass when in a station. There's a mass listed when purchasing a ship, but none in the ship equipment tab or anywhere else. We've no way of checking the total mass of our ship when putting on equipment other than adding up the values of everything we've put on. Except for those of us who have the values (sadly) memorized...

Nope. Tells us credits, type of ship, cargo and location, but no mass.

You only can get the "empty, just purchased" mass value out of the station interface, no matter where you look.

Yeah you're right, its amazing that anybody reported it before.
that should be in the "ship equipment" menu.

I'd like that.

I'd also like detailed stats with an additional "info" window. Something that takes into account ALL of your currrent weight, weapons, and cargo.
Something like:
Estimated minimum time to Max Speed (xxx m/s):
Thrust-to-Mass ratio: xx.xxx

etc, etc.

Now that the UI is being worked on again, thought I'd bump this. Ship information is useful!

I'd also like to see listed all the options on ships. I went three Systems after buying my Centaur before I found out it didn't have an iPod interface!
