I'm not sure if this one is worth fixing, but....

If you launch a fresh install in dual-head mode, then switch to windowed mode instead of full-screen, the order of your monitors gets reversed.

It only happens during the switch, ensuing launches of VO don't cause a problem.

Are you saying your desktop switches monitors or that the game moves?
