Okay, first off, when you duel someone and win, your duel rating immediately updates... however, when you duel someone and lose, it does not update, you are not told your new duel rating, and you can't see the change when checking it in your charinfo. HOWEVER, other players can see your updated duel rating when they challenge you, so you know it _did_ go down from the loss, and you'll see the difference it made the next time you win one.

Secondly,
There's an issue with the radar. It seems that whenever you fight someone, they turn red and stay red on your radar, even if your fight was in a duel. I dueled my commander last night, both of us are Serco with admired Serco standing, yet we showed up red to eachother after that (friendly fire restrictions didn't go away though). What's more, these hostility flags REMAIN even after logging out and back on as a DIFFERENT CHARACTER.
