Ever since I came back to Vendetta, I have to erase my
C:\Program Files\Vendetta Online\Config
File to get Vendetta to start. I have to text files that are self created every time I run Vendetta.

After erasing both these files and my config Vendetta starts. then I must reset most of my Video options. Any help or information would be much appreciated.

That's a first. I've never heard of that before.
The two log files (errors.log and waverror.log) are output-only and don't affect anything if they are already present.

What actually happens when you try to run VO without deleting the config.ini file?

The game flashes up as the loading screen appears. and then prematurely exits as quickly as it excuted. no error msg given or anything. Even after deleting the files mentioned it might run or I have to do it a few times untill it will start and reset all my configs.

After VO exits prematurely, is there anything more in the errors.log file than you posted already?

Try editing the config.ini file. Look for this line:
VideoDriver=DirectX9 GKGL driver
and change it to:
VideoDriver=OpenGL Reference GKGL driver

That line should be in the [Vendetta] section.
