When accepting a trading guild mission I got this error

And I can't get anymore than that on my screen. Can't close the popup error...Can't use esc to escape to options....had to close manually.
This is on a Acer Laptop running windows xp sp2. All my drivers are up to date. Though I have no idea what other info you might need.

I recieved the same error but when it first appeared I simply stopped the mission then opened my char window and closed it and all was fine. Tried to do the same mission again, same problem and did the same steps to stop it. Then I went for a different mission, no problems but on the next mission I got the same error but instead of stopping the mission I tried to open a new window but when I did a new error came up, probably was the same one, everything was gone and I had no control what so ever in the game but only the mouse stayed and I did a reboot. The missions were from a Orion Commercial in Azek M-4 and they were from the trade guild.
*edit* New update: The only way I found to get out of the error is to cancel the mission before opening any new windows in VO here is the error that caused a complete lose of control in the game
