Ok I was flying a ship with 3 charge cannons, Fast Charge Battery, and Efficient engine. I shot the chargers while turboing so the energy meter was at 3. Knowing that if i shot the guns again, no charge during any of the shots, that i would stop turboing becuase of a ran down batt. But when i shot the weaps, the thing stayed at three. I shot over and over but it seemed to stick at 3. So I tried to charge the guns. After about 2 mins of charging, I was pretty far away from any wormhole at that time, I shot the guns. They hadnt charged!!!!! so I tried again, Still no charge!!! Without letting my batt recharge, turboing to keep energy from rising, I was able to shoot over, and over, and over, and over again!
