I don't know if this is a bug, but I seem to be unable to tank my UIT standing. I was destroying transport ships in the dau/nyrius systems, and only my first kill took about 200 UIT standing away. After that, I could try whatever I wanted, my standing just wouldn't drop.

What nation does this character belong to? What's its current UIT standing? What faction did the ships you were destroying belong to? What sectors in Dau & Nyrius were you destroying ships in?

If it was happening in station sectors inside the No Fire Zone, it might be related to this bug: http://www.vendetta-online.com/x/msgboard/2/12199

Just shoot and kill a Player who is UIT Admired...Like Serco or Itani because you cant shoot your own nation....Or you can shoot Itani voys in Edras B-11 will also drop your UIT Standing.

No, actually only the UIT-voys will give you a standing decrease if you kill them.

UiT and TPG Voys are both UiT admired :P So killing either of these in Nyrius/Dau/Atra/Azek will result in a loss - You can kill what you like at the Verasi wormholes, they are unmonitored space, just like grey :P

i killed a UIT NPC by accident in UIT space and got from +780 down to -400. I don't know how you can't manage.

and why do you want to tank you UIT standing?

It lets you kill players of your own initial faction... and its cool

UIT is the easiest to tank - Friendly Fire doesn't prevent you from killing UIT corporate subfaction NPCs in UIT space, which has a detremental effect on your standing.
