I cannot get through the Ukari worm hole, and i have heard a few more players say they can't (in game). When i try the WH it goes to the loading screen then i can't do anything but speak and log off.

Um, yeah it's broken. Any characters locked inside cannot get out until the devs free them. It's a fun thing called a sector crash. It's especially fun when it happens in WH sectors.
