Hello,

The updater always pauses at 83% when downloading. I'm on Linux and have just done a fresh install.

The first 83% takes like 10 seconds to download.

Anyideas what could be wrong?

weird. one thing you can try is (as root) sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_window_scaling=0

let me know if that makes any difference.

something similar to this happened to me (mac) when updating from 1.0.6 or whatever old version it is you download for the first time. I think just waiting a really really long time for it to finish worked. I had to wait like a half hour for the download to restart from where it suddenly stopped.

I can think of two times it's happend.

I'm not a 100% sure what I did but it started working.

I played around with rm, removing various parts and seeing what happened. I think I ended up removing the vendetta.lfv which fixed the problem.
