The problem was fixed by raybondo and Obsidian. But just in case I'll say what I know of it. Whenever one would try to dock, the server would kick you. Once you logged back on, you were over 1500 meters away from the station. I also saw that there were 3 "people" in there, names:

Ah, nostalgia. The very, very first time I tried to login, I kept getting kicked from the server by this bug. And since my ship was in the station (first time I logged in, I hadn't undocked), I couldn't login to find myself floating outside the station.
