subscriber thing
last time i paid for 6 months and clicked it so it would auto bill after it ran out but having just got back on my feet and tryed to log in it says i have run out,my account info still says i am a subscriber but my billing options say that i am unpaid,i was wondering if this is a delay in it coming though after being paid (since i don't know when it ran out) i witch case i just wait for it to come though or wether i need to set it up again?
I'm a little unclear on what you are describing, but please write an email detailing how and when you attempted payment.

I have no clue what the problem is with me as well. But it seems that the site does not register a subscription. Or else I don't understand why they sent me the same bloody mail 2 times in a row...
I submitted it 2 times the first time because of an error in the country. But the 3th time after they asked me to resubmit I resubmitted it on the site. Today I asked (1 day later) why it was still not payed and as an answer I get again a similar mail as the one beneath... So either there is something broken on your end, or something is broken on their end... Since it seems that even if you push paybyecash option it does not register as having set up your account with a payment method or somesuch...

Let's see... Did you print out the page that it displayed after you submitted the info, the one that showed your account information? You need to include a copy of that with your payment or they can't process it.
I just did that but it didn't contain anything else that wasn't already in the order confirmation which I did in fact resend 2 times.
But now I just took a copy of the page... and hope that they can fix it with that. But you don't have to make a copy of it, just send the reference number along, which I in fact did...
