CtC surplus truncates rather than rounds
Not a big deal, but the CtC surplus for the losing nation truncates rather than rounds. Serco lost last week with a score of 1599, 20% of which is 319.8, which would round to 320, but the Serco surplus for this week is 319. One unit isn't likely to matter, but I'd still say rounding would be better than truncating for the CtC surplus.
Given that VO is programmed partly in C++, it seems logical that it would truncate rather than round--integer values truncate when you add or subtract a "double" or decimal value to/from them.
Yes, but it's not tough to write a couple extra lines to make it round.
Yes, but you obviously DO think it would make a difference--why else would someone go in and calculate that the surplus is off by .8 crates? As you said, it's just one crate--one crate that most certainly doesn't matter in the long run--and given the way rounding and truncating work, it will always be a matter of one crate.
Besides--give me ONE week where one crate (just one crate!) would have changed the result of the CtC conflict from either a loss to a tie or from a tie to a win.
Given the way the amounts of cargo in the transports increase over the week (added to the surplus on one side) it's extremely unlikely in the first place that anything close to even resembling a tie would occur, and if it did it would (probably) be deliberate.

No, I don't think it would make a difference in any practical aspect of the game. The only difference would be that rounding (IMO) makes more sense than truncating. Not a big deal, but whenever reasonably possible, I think it's worthwhile to have things make sense.
